DEALING WITH THE CAUSE OF INSOMNIA: LOOKING AFTER YOUR BODY

You have to make a commitment, says my ’super-anxiety’ friend; part of her strategy was to go swimming every day. She had to force herself to go to the pool for the first few days, but it was worth it; feeling physically relaxed and well helped her to get back in control.
