BEAT HEART DISEASE WITHOUT SURGERY: TREATMENT MODES-CHELATION, OXYGEN ETAL-OPENING THE SUPPLY LINES
The importance of monitoring and establishing how well blood is getting through to the tissues is not so much on account of the blood itself but of the raw materials which it brings and takes away. Oxygen must be brought to body cells for fuel to be burned to produce energy for daily life and the results of this combustion (carbon dioxide) must be borne away or they will toxify the system. Regrettably as we age, both the mechanism of absorbing oxygen from the lungs and getting it into the bloodstream diminish considerably, partly as a result of our more sedentary lifestyles (not stimulating deep respiration) and partly because red blood cells become more sticky and adhere together in clumps which means that only those on the outside of the clump become oxygenated on their way through the lungs. The result is a condition known as oxygen drag.
Cardio & Blood Quite apart from the fact that twentieth-century lifestyles do not predispose us to breathing in our fair share of oxygen in the first place, our oxygen supply is further compromised by imperfect and inadequate conduction of it to the tissues through narrowed and partially blocked arteries or for the reason above.
One of the actions of EDTA is to restore the function of the transport system of the body – the circulation – thus improving oxygen and other nutrient transport, but this can take time. In the case of severely compromised patients, an additional therapy is being increasingly used to top up depleted oxygen supplies to the cells and give early help to the sufferer. This is known as oxygen or ozone therapy.
